Shipping charges are calculated based on the distance, size, and weight of the product. All orders ship within 10 business days via FedEx in FedEx-approved packaging.
returns
If you are not delighted with your product, please return it in its original packaging within 14 days and email us with your order number. Once we receive it, we will email you with confirmation and details about your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
damaged items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us for a replacement. In order to process, we require your order number as well as photos of the damage to your product and the shipping box it arrived in.
care and cleaning
Begin cleaning by gently blowing away loose dust or dirt from the surface. Using mild soap solution or plastic cleaner and a non-abrasive lint-free cloth, wipe the surface using light pressure. Surface gloss can be maintained by using a soft cloth and specialty plastic cleaner or polish, following cleaning fluid container instructions. Fine scratches may be removed by hand polishing with a plastic polish scratch remover. Remove all residue and polish with a soft cloth.
*Do not use window cleaning sprays or products containing ammonia, alcohol, or acetone on acrylic products.
